Because modular furniture and commercial partitions are custom-manufactured in-house to fit specific office layouts:

• Manufacturing begins only after drawing approval and advance payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery and installation schedules (typically 1–3 weeks) depend on project scale and site condition readiness.

4. Payment Terms & Cancellations

Commercial project timelines and material procurement depend on agreed billing milestones. Advance deposits for custom manufacturing are non-refundable once raw material procurement or factory fabrication has started.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, layout plans, 3D renders, site images, graphics, logos, and content created by Lotus Interior Noida remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lotus Interior Noida is not liable for project delays caused by site non-readiness (e.g., lack of power/water access, building management restrictions) or unforeseen events beyond reasonable operational control.
